Acceptance criteria for scaffolding after installation
The quality of materials used for scaffolding must meet the requirements. The foundation of the scaffold is solid and free of water accumulation. The horizontal error of the entire length of the supporting plate and the large horizontal bar that meet the requirements shall not exceed 6cm. The vertical deviation of the vertical pole shall not exceed 1/200 of the scaffold height, and the deflection of the small horizontal bar shall not exceed 1/150 of the pole length. The spacing between the members shall meet the design requirements. There should be enough connecting points to the wall.
Set one every 4 meters vertically and one every 6 meters horizontally, and connect it firmly and reliably with the building. The layout of the homework layer should be strict, flat, and stable, with corners intersecting (i.e. the vertical and horizontal scaffolding boards should be pressed in place). The length and width of the board should be in place, and there should be no probe boards. The material of the scaffold board meets the requirements.
Protective measures for the work surface include hanging safety nets and adding toe boards or tying two protective railings, adding 18cm toe boards, and sealing the ends of the work surface. The safety net should have a factory certificate and a testing certificate. The supporting flat net should be high outside and low inside, tightly overlapped in pairs, and evenly stressed. The vertical net and the large horizontal bar should be firmly tied, and the bottom of the vertical net should be pressed under the scaffold board of the working surface.
After the external scaffolding is erected, it must be inspected, accepted, signed and deemed qualified by relevant personnel before it can be put into use. Implement layered construction, layered acceptance, and layered use, and promptly reinforce any issues discovered. Without approval, no one is allowed to dismantle or modify the external scaffolding that has passed the acceptance inspection.
