
Precautions for maintaining mobile scaffolding
Assign a dedicated person to conduct daily patrol inspections of the scaffolding, checking for sinking or looseness of the uprights and pads, any slipping or looseness of all fasteners on the scaffolding, and whether all components of the scaffolding are complete and intact. Ensure proper drainage of the scaffold foundation, and conduct a comprehensive inspection of the scaffold foundation after rain. It is strictly prohibited for the scaffold foundation to sink due to water accumulation.
The construction load of the operating layer shall not exceed 270KG/square meter, and horizontal bar supports, cable wind ropes, etc. shall not be fixed on the scaffold. It is strictly prohibited to hang heavy objects on the scaffold. It is strictly prohibited for anyone to dismantle any component of the scaffold at will. Scaffolding operations should be suspended in the event of strong winds of level six or above, heavy fog, heavy rain, or heavy snow. Before resuming work, it must be inspected and found to be problem free before continuing operations.
Precautions for scaffolding installation: 1. It is strictly prohibited to mix steel pipes and wooden ribs with outer diameters of 48mm and 51mm. At the main node, the distance between the centerline of the fixed horizontal or longitudinal horizontal bars, diagonal braces, horizontal supports, and other fasteners rented from Harbin scaffolding and the main node shall not exceed 150mm. The length of the end of each member extending from the edge of the fastener cover plate shall not be less than 140mm
The opening of the docking fastener should face the inside of the frame, with the bolt facing upwards. The opening of the right angle fastener should not face downwards to ensure safety. The personnel working on the shelves must hold a certificate, wear a safety helmet, and fasten their seat belts. Strictly follow the construction plan; Wall connecting components and diagonal braces should be set up in a timely manner and should not lag behind by more than two steps. During the installation process, attention should be paid to adjusting the verticality of the scaffold, with a maximum allowable deviation of 100mm
