Problems in the construction of steel pipe fastener scaffolding
Scaffolding is the main construction tool in building construction. For example, the construction of brick walls, the installation of formwork, the pouring of concrete, decorative painting, and the installation of structural components all require the setting up of scaffolding for operation. If the scaffolding is not erected in time, the construction period must be delayed; If the scaffolding is not erected firmly, it is easy to cause injury accidents during construction.
Therefore, the selection, construction, and quality of scaffolding must be taken seriously. Quality standards for scaffolding steel pipes and fasteners. Steel pipe: According to the "Specification", "Scaffold steel pipes should use the No. 3 ordinary steel pipe specified in the current national standard" Straight Seam Welded Steel Pipe "(GB/T3092). Its quality should comply with the provisions of Q235-A grade steel in the current national standard "Carbon Structural Steel" (GB/T700).
The maximum weight of a single scaffold steel pipe should not exceed 25kg, and a ф 48 × 3.5 steel pipe should be used. The surface of the steel pipe should be straight and smooth, without cracks, scars, delamination, misalignment, hard bending, burrs, indentations, and deep scratches. Drilling is strictly prohibited on the steel pipe and it should be coated with anti rust paint.
Fasteners: The "Specification" stipulates that "fasteners made of malleable cast iron should be used for fastener type steel pipe scaffolding, and their material should comply with the current national standard" Fasteners for Steel Pipe Scaffolding "(GB15831). Quality inspection should be carried out before using old fasteners. Cracks and deformations are strictly prohibited from use. Bolts with sliding threads must be replaced, and new and old fasteners should be treated with rust prevention.
