Acceptance and dismantling of portal scaffolding
Acceptance: After the scaffolding is erected or segmented, the quality of the scaffolding project should be inspected, and it can only be delivered for use after passing the inspection. Scaffolds with a height of 20m or less shall be inspected and accepted by technical safety personnel organized by the unit project leader; Scaffolds with a height greater than 20m shall be inspected and accepted by the unit project leader and relevant technical safety personnel organized by the technical director of the engineering department in sections according to the progress of the project.
After the demolition project is completed, it should be inspected and verified by the unit project leader to confirm that scaffolding is no longer needed before it can be dismantled. The dismantling of scaffolding should be planned and approved by the project leader before proceeding. The dismantling of scaffolding should comply with the following regulations: before dismantling the scaffolding, materials, tools, and debris on the scaffolding should be removed. When dismantling scaffolding, a warning area should be set up, warning signs should be set up, and a dedicated person should be responsible for guarding.
The dismantling of scaffolding should be carried out according to the principle of dismantling first after installation, following the following procedure: starting from the crossing edge, remove the top handrail and railing column, then remove the scaffolding board (or horizontal frame) and escalator section, and finally remove the horizontal reinforcement rod and scissor brace. Starting from the top crossing edge, dismantle the cross support and simultaneously remove the top support connecting wall rod and the top door frame. Continue to synchronously dismantle the second step of the door frame and accessories.
The free cantilever height of the scaffold shall not exceed three steps, otherwise temporary ties shall be added. Continuously and synchronously disassemble downwards. For wall connecting rods, long horizontal rods, and scissor braces, they must be removed after the scaffolding has been dismantled to the relevant cross door frame. Remove the sweeping rod, bottom door frame, and sealing rod. Dismantle the base, remove the cushion plate and block. The dismantling of scaffolding must comply with the following safety requirements: workers must stand on temporary scaffolding boards for dismantling operations.
During the demolition work, it is strictly prohibited to use hard objects such as hammers to strike or pry. The removed connecting rod should be placed in a bag, and the locking arm should be first transferred to the ground and stored indoors. When disassembling the connecting components, the lock plate on the lock seat and the lock plate on the hook should be turned to the open position first, and then disassembly should begin. It is not allowed to pull hard or knock. The dismantled gantry, steel pipes, and fittings should be bundled and mechanically lifted or transported to the ground by a derrick to prevent collisions, and throwing is strictly prohibited.
