What are the material selection requirements for cross fasteners?
Because the fasteners themselves are not easy to rust or break,they are very convenient to repair after use,which not only reduces the difficulty of maintenance but also saves maintenance costs,reduces the manpower and material resources for maintenance,and increases the efficiency and quality of construction.
The construction of cross fasteners uses steel plate fasteners,which should comply with the relevant provisions of the Ministry of Construction's"Standard for Steel Pipe Scaffolding Fasteners"JGJ22-85.The production licenses of some fasteners are provided by the manufacturer.The specifications of the cross fasteners should match the steel pipes,the fitting surface should be flat,the moving parts should be flexible,and the distance between the openings of the steel pipes should not be less than 5 mm.
When the bolt tightening torque of the steel pipe reaches 70N.m,it shall not be crushed.If the old fasteners are used,the cross fasteners are sampled and sent to the relevant national qualified test unit for the anti-slip force test of the fasteners.After the test results meet the requirements,they are used in construction.
Selection of cross fastener materials:The steel pipe is 48*3.5mm welded steel pipe,and the strength of the steel used is Q235-A.The surface of the steel pipe should be straight and smooth,and there should be no cracks,delamination or hard bending.The newly used steel pipe should have a standard factory certificate.
In the early stage of construction,the cross fastener will take samples of the incoming steel pipes and send them to relevant qualifications for verification and mechanical tests to see whether the steel pipes are resistant to bending and compression.Only if the test results meet the requirements of the design can they be used in construction.
The scaffolding board used is the bamboo scaffolding board,its thickness cannot be less than 50mm,the spacing of the splicing bolts cannot be greater than 60mm,and the bolt hole diameter and bolt are precisely combined.
The safety net used should be a tight mesh safety net,the mesh should meet 2000 mesh/100cm2,with strong wear resistance,if it is 1.6?1.8m,the weight of a net is more than 3 kg,the color of the net should meet the requirements of the environment,choose green,and have flame retardancy,the safety net used must have a production license and quality qualification
Before setting up the scaffolding,it should be maintained,rust-free and uniformly painted,and the color should be beautiful.The vertical poles of the building cross fasteners,the protective railings and the skirting poles are all painted yellow,the hinged scissor braces are all painted red,and the bottom row of vertical poles and sweeping poles are all painted red and white.
