Regulations on the Use and Management of Scaffolding
The actual construction load (weight of personnel, materials, and equipment) on every 1m2 surface of the operation layer shall not exceed the following specified values or construction design values; The standard value of construction load (weight of personnel, equipment, and materials on the working layer) is 3N/m2 for structural scaffolding; Decoration scaffolding takes 2kN/m2; Tool scaffolds such as suspended baskets and bridge scaffolds shall be used according to actual values, but shall not be less than 1kN/m2.
The number of standard bricks stacked on the shelf shall not exceed 3 layers per row of standing bricks; The total weight of mortar and containers shall not exceed 1.5kN; the single weight of construction equipment shall not exceed 1kN, and the self weight of components manually transported and installed on the frame shall not exceed 2.5kN. The materials set on the frame surface shall be neatly and stably stacked, and shall not affect construction operations and personnel passage. The scaffolding set up according to the requirements for passing handcarts should ensure smooth lanes. It is strictly prohibited for personnel to run, retreat, or pull carts backwards on the shelf surface.
The maximum working height of the operator on the rack should be based on the ability to perform normal operations. It is prohibited to add objects or single scaffolding boards on the rack to increase the working height. During homework, it is prohibited to dismantle the basic framework members, integral members, connecting fasteners, and wall connecting members of the scaffold at will. When temporary dismantling is required due to operational requirements, it must be approved by the supervisor, corresponding remedial measures must be taken, and timely restoration must be carried out after the operation is completed.
Workers should pay attention to self-protection and the safety of others while working on the scaffolding, to avoid collisions, accidents, and falling objects. It is strictly prohibited to play on the shelf or sit on the railing in unsafe places for rest. Personnel entering and exiting the scaffold must use safety protected access ramps, and climbing the scaffold up and down is strictly prohibited. When each shift of workers puts on the shelves for work, they should first check for any problems that may affect safety operations, and only begin work after they have been eliminated and resolved. When unsafe situations and signs are found during homework, the work should be stopped immediately for inspection, and normal work can only be resumed after resolution.
When any abnormal or dangerous situation is discovered, all personnel on board should be immediately notified to evacuate. After completing each task on the rack, the remaining materials and items on the rack must be moved to the upper (lower) rack or indoors; Before the end of each day's work, the shelf surface should be cleaned, the materials and items on the shelf surface should be neatly stacked, and the garbage should be removed; During the homework period, materials and items that fall into the safety net should be promptly cleared. Under no circumstances should materials, items, or garbage be thrown down from the rack.
