Cuplock Scaffolding is a new type of scaffold, which is an upgraded product after bowl buckle scaffold. Also known as chrysanthemum tray scaffold, plug-in tray scaffold, wheel type scaffold, buckle tray scaffold.
The socket is a disc with a diameter of 133mm and a thickness of 10mm, with 8 holes on the disc. It adopts a diameter of 48 * 3.5mm and Q345B. Steel pipes are used as the main components, and the upright pole is welded with a circular disk every 0.50m on a certain length of steel pipe. The bottom of the upright pole is equipped with a connecting sleeve. The crossbar is a plug with pins welded on both ends of the steel pipe.
1、 The advantages of buckle scaffolding
1. Stable structure and strong bearing capacity
The buckle type scaffold is made of Q345B high-strength steel, and the upright, horizontal, and diagonal poles are connected by circular nodes and pins to form a stable triangular structure. The overall stiffness is high, and the ability to resist lateral displacement and deformation is superior to traditional scaffolds.
The bearing capacity of a single pole can reach over 200kN, which is much higher than that of clip on scaffolding (about 60-80kN), and is suitable for heavy-duty projects such as high-rise buildings and large-span bridges.
The diagonal rod can be connected in a 360 ° direction, enhancing overall stability and reducing the risk of collapse.
2. Quick installation and high construction efficiency
The buckle type scaffold adopts a modular design, with all components standardized. During installation, simply align the crossbar plug with the circular hole position and fix it with a pin, without the need for additional tools.
Compared to clip on scaffolding, it saves 30% -50% of setup time, especially suitable for projects with tight schedules.
No loose fasteners, reducing material loss and wear, and making management more convenient.
3. Superior security performance
Anti loosening design: The pin adopts a self-locking structure, which is not easy to loosen and avoids safety hazards caused by traditional fasteners due to loose bolts.
Complete supporting facilities: can be paired with steel scaffolding, safety ladders, protective railings, etc., to reduce the risk of falling from heights.
Compliant with international standards such as China's GB50666 and the EU's EN12811, suitable for projects with high safety requirements.
4. Strong adaptability and wide range of applications
Flexible adjustment of frame height (0.5m/1m module) and span, suitable for different construction scenarios such as building main body, bridge support, stage installation, etc.
Can be paired with special modules such as overhanging and climbing to adapt to complex structural construction.
5. Economic and environmentally friendly, with low long-term costs
Long service life (15-20 years), low maintenance cost, and long-term use are more economical than fastener type.
High material recycling rate (over 90%), in line with the trend of green construction.
The leasing market is mature and suitable for short-term projects, reducing procurement costs.
