Cuplock Scaffold consists of steel pipe uprights, crossbars, bowl buckle joints, etc. Its basic structure and installation requirements are similar to those of a clip type scaffold, with the main difference being the bowl clip joint. The bowl buckle joint is composed of an upper bowl buckle, a lower bowl buckle, a horizontal bar joint, and a limit pin for the upper bowl buckle. Weld the limit pin of the lower and upper bowl buckles onto the upright pole, and insert the upper bowl buckle into the upright pole. Weld plugs onto the horizontal and diagonal bars. When assembling, insert the horizontal and diagonal bars into the lower bowl buckle, press and rotate the upper bowl buckle, and use limit pins to fix the upper bowl buckle.
The horizontal distance of the bowl buckle scaffold columns is 1.2 meters, and the vertical distance can be 1.2 meters or 1.5 meters depending on the scaffold load; 1.8 m;2.4 m, The step distance is 1.8 meters and 2.4 meters. When setting up, the extension joints of the uprights should be staggered. The first layer of uprights should be staggered with uprights of 1.8 m and 3.0 m in length, and 3.0 m long uprights should be used upwards. The top layer should be leveled with two lengths of 1.8 m and 3.0 m. The verticality deviation of scaffolding below 30 meters in height should be controlled within 1/200, and scaffolding above 30 meters in height should be controlled within 1/400~1/600. The total verticality deviation should not exceed 100 mm.
advantage:
(1) Multi functional: Construction equipment that can form single and double row scaffolding with different sizes, shapes, and bearing capacities according to specific construction requirements, including support frames, support columns, material lifting frames, climbing scaffolding, cantilever frames, and other functions. It can also be used to construct structures such as construction sheds, material sheds, lighthouses, etc. Especially suitable for setting up curved scaffolding and heavy-duty support frames.
(2) Function: The longest commonly used rod is 3130MM and weighs 17.07KG. The whole frame can be assembled and disassembled 3-5 times faster than conventional ones, which is fast and labor-saving. Workers can complete all operations with one hammer, avoiding many inconveniences caused by bolt operation;
(3) Strong usability: The main components are made of ordinary fastener type steel pipe scaffolding steel pipes, which can be connected to ordinary steel pipes with fasteners, making it highly versatile.
(4) High bearing capacity: The vertical pole connection is a coaxial socket, and the horizontal bar is connected to the vertical pole by a bowl buckle joint. The joint has reliable bending, shear, and torsion resistance mechanical properties. Moreover, the axis lines of each member intersect at one point, and the nodes are within the frame plane, therefore, the structure is stable, reliable, and has a high bearing capacity. (The overall load-bearing capacity of the scaffold has been increased, by more than 15% compared to a clip on steel pipe scaffold of the same condition.)
(5) Safe and reliable: When designing the joint, consideration is given to the frictional force and self gravity of the upper bowl buckle, ensuring that the joint has reliable self-locking ability. The load acting on the crossbar is transmitted to the upright through the lower bowl buckle, which has strong shear resistance (up to 199KN). Even if the upper bowl buckle is not tightly pressed, the horizontal bar joint will not come out and cause accidents. At the same time, it is equipped with safety net brackets, crossbars, scaffolding boards, toe boards, and ladders. Pole accessories such as cantilever beams and wall braces are safe and reliable to use.
(6) The main component is made of welded steel pipes with a diameter of 48 × 3.5 and Q235. The manufacturing process is simple and the cost is moderate. It can directly process and modify existing clip type scaffolding without the need for complex processing equipment.
(7) Easy to lose: This scaffold has no loose or easily lost fasteners, minimizing the loss of components.
