Bottom bowl buckle:welded and fixed to the upright pole,with a supporting surface at the bottom,used to support the joints of horizontal or diagonal bars.
Horizontal bar joint:welded at the end of the horizontal bar,in a wedge-shaped shape,with positioning pins.
Limit pin:installed on the side of the upper bowl buckle,used to lock the position of the upper bowl buckle.
working principle:
Insert the crossbar joint into the supporting surface of the lower bowl buckle,so that the positioning pin of the joint is engaged in the hole of the lower bowl buckle;
Rotate the bowl buckle to make the groove on its inner wall bite into the wedge-shaped part of the crossbar joint;
Insert the limit pin,fix the position of the bowl buckle,and complete the rigid connection between the crossbar and the upright.
Fast locking is achieved through mechanical interlocking,without the need for bolt fastening,and installation efficiency is over 30%higher than traditional fasteners.

Materials:Q235 low-carbon steel pipes are commonly used for the upright,horizontal,and bowl buckle components.The bowl buckle castings are malleable cast iron(such as KT35-10),and the surface is treated with rust prevention(such as painting or galvanizing)to enhance corrosion resistance.

The diameter of the pole is usually 48mm or 51mm,and the length is 1.2m,1.8m,2.4m,etc;
The crossbar is designed according to the span,with lengths corresponding to different moduli to ensure compatibility with the bowl buckle nodes.

5、Precautions
Check the integrity of the components:Before use,it is necessary to confirm that the bowl buckle has no cracks or deformations,the crossbar joint is not worn,and the limit pin can be inserted flexibly;
According to the specifications,the horizontal and diagonal bars must be connected to the corresponding bowl buckle nodes to avoid uneven stress caused by jumping steps during installation;
Regular maintenance:Clean the surface of oil stains and debris after use,and replace severely corroded components in a timely manner to ensure reliability during repeated use.
