(b) Rotary fasteners are used to connect two intersecting steel pipes of arbitrary degrees.
(c) Docking fasteners are used to connect two steel pipes for docking and lengthening.
2. Steel pipe
Generally, steel pipes with a diameter of 48mm × 3.5mm or seamless steel pipes are used, and welded steel pipes with an outer diameter of 50mm-51mm and a wall thickness of 3mm-4mm can also be used According to the different positions and functions of steel pipes in scaffolding, they can be divided into upright poles, longitudinal horizontal poles, transverse horizontal poles, wall connecting poles, diagonal braces, horizontal diagonal braces, etc.
When using Steel tube scaffolding, it is necessary to regularly clean up the materials, bricks, concrete blocks, and other debris accumulated in the dangerous areas of the scaffolding pipes, and to have certain restrictions on the materials stacked on the scaffolding pipes, and not to stack them beyond the load. Always observe whether there is any deviation in the overall or local structure of the scaffold steel pipes, especially whether there is any looseness or deviation at the connections of the scaffold pipes. If there is any abnormality, timely maintenance and reinforcement should be carried out.
