Buckle scaffold is a new type of building support system. It is also known as a buckle type scaffold, a plug-in scaffold, a real frame, a system frame, etc. Its main components are uprights and crossbars, and the fastening nodes are connected by self-locking parts, which have reliable self-locking function. The structure is reasonable, and the uprights transmit axial force, ensuring the overall stability of the scaffold in three-dimensional space and better meeting the needs of construction safety. It has the characteristics of high bearing capacity, simple structure, easy assembly and disassembly, fast construction speed, strong universality, not easy to lose, and easy site management.
Pan buckle scaffold horizontal bar: It evenly distributes the force between the main frames and supports each other, making it less prone to bending deformation. Connection form: The horizontal bar head is fixed to the disc with international standard cast steel connectors and wedge-shaped self-locking pins.
Material of scaffold tube: Q345B, Q235. Length: 0.6m; 0.9m; 1.2m;1.5m; 1.8m;2.0m; 2.4m;3.0m; Other special sizes can be customized. Diameter: 48mm.
The buckle type scaffold has a high bearing capacity. Taking the 60 series heavy-duty support frame as an example, the allowable bearing capacity of a single pole with a height of 5 meters is 9.5 tons (with a safety factor of 2). The destructive load reached 19 tons. 2-3 times that of traditional products. The dosage is small and the weight is light. Generally, the spacing between upright poles is 1.5 meters and 1.8 meters, and the step distance between horizontal poles is 1.5 meters. The maximum spacing can reach 3 meters, and the step distance can reach 2 meters. So the amount used under the same support volume will be reduced by 1/2 compared to traditional products, and the weight will be reduced by 1/2 to 1/3.
The application scope of snap on scaffolding: snap on scaffolding is widely used in buildings, bridges, tunnels, large-span buildings, and various water conservancy engineering ship repairs. It has reliable mechanical strength and self-locking function, and can be assembled quickly and labor-saving, avoiding scattered fasteners and reducing labor intensity. Its speed is more than 5 times that of conventional scaffolding, and it can be easily assembled into scaffolding with various load forces and various supporting structures that are stable and reliable.
Safety requirements for the installation of buckle type support frames
Building structural safety has always been the most important goal in the implementation process of various projects, especially for public buildings, to ensure that the building can still maintain structural safety and stability during earthquakes. The safety requirements for the installation of buckle type support frames are as follows:
1. The construction must be carried out in accordance with the approved plan and the requirements of on-site disclosure. Cutting corners and materials are strictly prohibited, and the construction process must be strictly followed. Deformed or corrected poles must not be used as construction materials.
2. During the installation process, there must be skilled technicians on site to provide guidance and safety officers to inspect and supervise.
3. During the construction process, crossing operations are strictly prohibited. Effective measures must be taken to ensure the safe transfer and use of materials, accessories, and tools, and safety posts should be set up at traffic crossings and work areas according to the site conditions.
4. The construction load on the working layer should meet the design requirements, and overloading is not allowed. Materials such as formwork and steel bars should not be stacked in a centralized manner on the scaffold.
5. During the use of scaffolding, it is strictly prohibited to dismantle the structural members of the scaffolding without authorization. If dismantling is necessary, it must be approved by the technical director and remedial measures must be determined before implementation.
6. Scaffolding should maintain a safe distance from overhead transmission lines, and the installation of temporary power lines on construction sites and the grounding and lightning protection measures for scaffolding should be carried out in accordance with the relevant provisions of the current industry standard "Technical Code for Safety of Temporary Electricity on Construction Sites" (JGJ461).
7. Regulations for high-altitude operations:
① When encountering strong winds of level 6 or above, rain, snow, or heavy fog, the construction and dismantling of scaffolding should be stopped.
② The operators are allowed to climb up and down the scaffold using ladders, and are not allowed to climb up and down the scaffolding, let alone use tower cranes or hoists to lift personnel up and down.
