Precautions to be taken during scaffold construction
The preventive measures for scaffolding construction sites include the following
1. Before starting the homework, it is necessary to carefully check whether the natural environment is reliable and whether the protective facilities are complete. Once verified, the homework can be started.
2. During homework, it is important to promptly clean up the raw materials that have fallen onto the surface of the frame. The surface of the ball bearings should be neatly cleaned, and there is no need to pile up raw materials or tools randomly to avoid accidents caused by falling objects during homework.
3. When carrying out behaviors such as prying, pulling, and pushing, it is important to use the correct method to stabilize the heel or control it with one hand on a sturdy structural support to prevent excessive force, imbalance, or throwing these things out of the body.
4. When dismantling the formwork on the scaffold, corresponding shoulder measures should be taken to prevent the raw materials of the dismantled formwork from bursting out of the scaffold.
5. Whether the construction load in the scaffolding operation layer meets the requirements and cannot exceed the limit. It is prohibited to centralize the stacking of templates, building steel bars, and other items on the scaffold. It is also strictly prohibited to fix the scaffolding with wind ropes, build template support frames, and concrete pumping pipelines.
6. Do not throw raw materials, tools, welding rods, or other objects during homework. Disappointing items such as steel pipe fasteners and anchor bolts should be conveniently placed in the electrician's tool kit.
7. When transporting long prefabricated components in a group, there should be dedicated personnel to guide, act in unison, wait quickly, and be careful not to injure surrounding workers.
8. Do not hang up to play, rest or fall asleep, and it is strictly prohibited to post homework after drinking alcohol.
9. Protective measures should be taken for tasks involving rain and snow, and snow should be cleared.
10. Six or more days of strong wind, rainstorm, snow, dense fog, etc., outdoor scaffolding operations are strictly prohibited. Special measures should be taken to work on scaffolding after thunderstorms and typhoons.
11. During equipment installation and pipeline insulation work, scaffolding should be separated from the work platform to ensure a strong connection. In practical operation platforms, there should be anti fall measures for passages, stairwells, and reserved holes for scaffold assembly.
12. When using scaffolding, it is necessary to regularly maintain the integrity and reliability of the connecting components. If loose or damaged screws, skewed iron frames, or other conditions are found, structural reinforcement and replacement should be carried out in a timely manner.
13. Before dismantling the scaffolding, cleaning, maintenance, and structural reinforcement should be carried out. The dismantling should be carried out according to the standard of top-down, first erected and then dismantled.
