Key points for acceptance of scaffolding
Scaffolding is an essential temporary facility in construction, installation, maintenance, and construction. It is erected according to the progress of the project and can only be put into use after passing the acceptance inspection. So, what specific items are checked during the acceptance of scaffolding? The construction of scaffolding foundations and foundations must be calculated according to relevant regulations based on the height of scaffolding installation and the soil conditions of the installation site.
Whether the scaffold foundation and foundation are compacted; Whether the foundation and foundation of the scaffold are flat; Whether there is water accumulation in the foundation of the scaffold. Acceptance of scaffold drainage ditch: 1) Clear and level debris from the scaffold construction site, and ensure smooth drainage; The distance between the drainage ditch and the outermost upright pole of the scaffold; The width and slope of the drainage ditch.
The acceptance of scaffold pads and bottom supports is determined based on the height and load-bearing capacity of the scaffold; The area and thickness of the scaffold pad must be strictly calculated; The bottom support of the scaffold must be placed at the center of the cushion plate; The width of the scaffold bottom support should be greater than 100mm and the thickness should not be less than 50mm. Acceptance of the scaffold sweeping rod: the sweeping rod must be connected to the upright pole, with a horizontal height difference of no more than 1m and a distance from the slope of no less than 0.5m. The longitudinal sweeping rod should be fixed to the upright pole at a distance of no more than 200mm from the base using right angle fasteners.
The horizontal sweeping rod should be fixed on the upright rod immediately below the vertical sweeping rod with right angle fasteners. The load of scaffolding shall not exceed 300kg/m2, and special scaffolding must be calculated separately; The vertical deviation of the pole should be inspected based on the height of the frame, and its absolute difference should be controlled at the same time; When extending the scaffolding poles, except for the top layer where overlapping can be used, the joints of all other layers and steps must be connected using docking fasteners.
The joints of the scaffold body should be arranged in a staggered manner; The large horizontal bars of the scaffold must be set continuously and cannot be set within the same span. The lateral horizontal bars of the scaffold should extend from the frame body by 10-15 cm; The small horizontal bar of the scaffold should be set at the intersection of the upright and the large horizontal bar, and must be connected to the upright with right angle fasteners, fixed on the longitudinal horizontal bar; During the installation process of the frame, fasteners must be used reasonably and must not be replaced or misused. Fasteners with loose threads or cracks must never be used in the frame.
