Principles for the use of butt fasteners:
1. When using the vertical pole extension, except for the top, which can be overlapped, the fasteners must be strictly controlled. For the joints of other parts, the butt fasteners must be used. The butt and overlap methods we use must comply with the following regulations: The overlap length cannot be less than 1m, and no less than two rotating fasteners should be used for fixing. The distance between the rod end and the edge of the end fastener cover plate cannot be less than 100 mm. The butt fasteners between the vertical poles should be staggered, and the two adjacent joints cannot be set in sync. Our butt and overlap techniques for fasteners should follow the above relevant regulations, and the quality of the fastener joints should be strictly controlled during construction.
2. Before the construction of the steel pipe template support according to the butt fastener, the construction plan must be prepared first, and a more rigorous construction plan must be formulated. The formulation of the construction plan will affect the final unpredictable events, so be very careful.
3. The appearance quality of the butt fasteners is also required. Before construction, the fasteners must be inspected for quality. If deformation, cracks or bolts are found to be slipping, the butt fasteners with quality problems cannot be used to avoid accidents caused by the use of unqualified butt fasteners.
4. The formwork brackets for setting up butt fasteners use steel pipes and fasteners. Before use, sampling inspection must be carried out. During the sampling inspection, the quality and appearance must meet the standards. The relevant quantity must be carried out in accordance with relevant regulations, and sampling inspection must be carried out in accordance with a certain proportion. All unqualified ones found through sampling will be stopped from use.
5. When dismantling the butt fasteners, they must be dismantled layer by layer from top to bottom, and cannot be carried out at the same time. The height difference of the segmented dismantling cannot be greater than two steps, and a formwork bracket with wall-mounted connectors must be set up. For the connectors, it is necessary to continue according to the steps and dismantle and organize them step by step in a certain order.
