What is the support system of the buckle scaffold?
The buckle scaffold support system mainly consists of upright poles with circular disks, horizontal poles with plugs, diagonal supports with diagonal plugs, starting poles, tripods, wedge-shaped pins, etc.
Pole: Typically, Q345 material with a diameter of 48 × 3.25 is used for hot-dip galvanizing and anti-corrosion treatment. It is designed according to the length, with a circular plate welded every 0.5 meters and a connecting rod at one end.
Horizontal pole: Usually made of Q235 material with a diameter of 48 × 2.75, the frame pipe is hot-dip galvanized for anti-corrosion treatment, designed according to the length, and welded with plugs at both ends.
Diagonal support: Usually, Q235 material with a diameter of 48 × 2.75 is used for hot-dip galvanizing and anti-corrosion treatment. It is designed according to the length and has diagonal plugs welded at both ends.
Starting rod: welded with a disc, connecting an adjustable base and a vertical rod.
Tripod: used for external platform support and for scaffolding systems.
Disc: Generally 8mm or 10mm thick, made of Q235B steel plate, and treated with hot-dip galvanizing for corrosion prevention.
Wedge pin: used to lock plugs, angled plugs, and discs.
Slant plug: Use a wedge-shaped pin to clamp onto the large hole of the disc.
Plug: Use a wedge-shaped pin to clamp onto the small hole of the disc.
Adjustable bottom support: used to adjust the vertical height.
Step ladder and handrail: used to connect the upper and lower layers, facilitating workers' walking and operation. The handrail plays a safety role and is mainly used in the buckle type scaffolding system.
Hook pedal: Hook design, seamless connection with the rack pipe, strong load-bearing capacity, anti slip drainage to ensure construction safety.
